Awesomely Weird Style Inspiration: Beetlejuice

(Imax Tree, Tanya Leigh Washington)We love when style ideas come from unexpected sources. The latest odd trend we've spotted? Striped pants and suits a la Tim Burton's Beetlejuice. It turns out Michael Keaton's character from the 1988 comedy horror film is alive again—and actually quite stylish without all that pasty makeup.

First, we were introduced to the look at Alice + Olivia's Fall 2012 collection with Ms. Bendet's green and black striped velvet suit.

(Imax Tree)One of our all-time favorite street stylers, editor Taylor Tomasi Hill, then made a Fashion Week appearance in a pair of Celine's leg-lengthening trousers.

(Imax Tree) Similar street style looks soon followed. We loved this pairing of a leather jacket and extra chunky footwear.

(Imax Tree)It turns out Fergie was ahead of the trend in her striped denim, and even Miley Cyrus has been seen sporting the graphic trend. We can't wait to see what unusual style icon Fall 2013 Fashion Week brings into focus. Maybe Johnny Depp's Edward Scissorhands? Anyone but Chucky, please.

Diane Kruger's Floral Stella Pants

If anyone else slipped on a vest and floral trousers we might be less impressed, but the actress brings an intangible charm to all of her outfits. Or perhaps, we just like that she can so comfortably transition from a gold sequined Vivienne Westwood gown to a boyish ensemble like this one.

For yesterday's Der Naechste, Bitte! photocall in Berlin, she paired her Stella McCartney gray scale pants with pointy black pumps and a white wristwatch. A deep side-part showcased her glossy tresses. How she gets this level of shine without looking greasy is a mystery we'll be attempting to solve. In the meantime, dig into the close-up pics below.

They say some dogs look like their owners, but Miley Cyrus took the whole resemblance thing one step further with new pup, Bean — they dress like each other! (All together now, meep!)

The 20-year-old Cosmo cover girl recently tweeted a photo of herself with the adorable Chihuahua mix, which she adopted earlier this month, along with the comment "Matching with Bean ❤."

In the pic, Cyrus is wearing a long-sleeved crewneck leopard-print onesie — not a first for the star; she tweeted snaps of herself in the, uh, exotic outfit on Christmas — while her little nugget sports a coordinating leopard-print look with the words "Posh Pooch."

While both are pretty flippin' cute we have to admit, we're dying to know, who wore their leopard-print onesie better? Let's take it to a vote, shall we?

Selena Gomez Auctions Signed Coach Bag for UNICEF

Selena Gomez is already living up to her title of Glamour's Woman of the Year. The 20-year-old star, who has been a UNICEF Ambassador since 2009, is continuing her work to raise money for the children's organization. 

The February Nylon cover girl is auctioning off a signed bag in the name of her favorite charity. The bag is a one-of-a-kind Coach Legacy Archive Two Tone Universal Clutch. The over sized clutch comes in nude and salmon and, of course, has Gomez's John Hancock on it.

The bag, estimated at $198, is being auctioned off through Charitybuzz, a website that gives bidders the opportunity to bid on amazing products and services while making a difference. The site has raised more that $60 million for charity already! You can bid on Gomez's signed bag until the auction closes on February 12.

Gomez herself is no stranger to raising money for UNICEF. Not only was she appointed the youngest UNICEF ambassador at 18 years old, but she has held a number of concerts benefiting the charity as well. She even traveled to Ghana to see firsthand the work UNICEF is doing to supply children in need with the education, food, water and medicine.

Along with being named Glamour's Woman of the Year, looks like Gomez is having a great year. Sorry, Justin Bieber!

Victoria Beckham's Simple and Chic Winter Look

We haven't gotten our fix since that striking menswear inspired red carpet outfit she wore to the Viva Forever press night—you know, this one, where she oh-so-cooly draped her crisp maroon military coat over her shoulders.

Yesterday, the brunette was spotted grabbing fish and chips with her son Cruz wearing a brilliantly simple and incredibly luxurious ensemble. She wore a chunky cable-knit sweater with dark brushed skinny jeans and knee-high Louboutin boots. An oversize orange and black tote from her own collection was the brightest part of this look (aside from Cruz's red track suit, of course).

Victoria's hair was worn down in a barely wavy style and she sported her signature Jackie O shades. If you look close you'll even see an on-trend maroon manicure. She looked totally flawless from platforms to fingertips.

Who Wore Louis Vuitton Checkers Best?

Kristen Stewart, Miranda Kerr, Jessica Alba, Kirsten Dunst (Getty, Bauer Griffin)It turns out anything Marc Jacobs puts on the runway will be gobbled up by celebrities—except for maybe those furry hats from F'12. This season, it's all about his Louis Vuitton checkers.

First, Kristen Stewart made an appearance in Japan wearing a sporty romper with elbow-length sleeves and playful pocket flaps. Next, Jessica Alba spiced up the Golden Globes after-party in a sequined dress reminiscent of a checkerboard. It's amazing the things this girl can make sexy!

Kirsten Dunst took the most modest approach to the mod style in a floor-reaching brown and champagne design. Pointy bronze heels peeked out from underneath her crisp hem. On the complete opposite end of the spectrum, Miranda Kerr surprised us with just how mini a mini-dress can be. She wore a patch-pocket tunic with coordinating nude peep-toe pumps at the LV boutique opening in Cancun.

Going from a lovesick, singing orphan in 19th century France to one of the most famous porn stars of all time, it's safe to say Amanda Seyfried has range. Seyfried will follow up Les Mis with Lovelace, a biopic about Linda Lovelace, star of Deep Throat, the "classic" adult film that made more than $100 million dollars in ticket sales. (Back in the '70s people paid money to watch porn on the big screen. Weird, yes, but at least there wasn't any buffering.)

Lovelace debuted over the weekend at the Sundance Film Festival in the hope of finding a distributor capable of giving the film a wide release (no pun intended) later this year. If you couldn't make it to Utah to see Seyfried recreate the X-rated antics of Lovelace, we've got a clip from the film of just that.
