A rose-bud crop top? High-waisted Levi's cut-offs? Combat boots? A belly chain? Whoa, did our StyleBistro DeLorean just drive us back to the '90s?
Oh. Nope. (Drats!) It's just another one of Miley Cyrus' new looks. The 20-year-old star sported the throwback ensemble in California yesterday — who else is jealous of the weather? — while on her way to visit a friend.
